We did not meet a new letter friend this week. All the letter people we have meet so far helped us learn about BLENDS!! Blends are when two or three letter people work together….but you can HEAR the sound of each letter!
(some examples of blends...bl, sl, sw, br, dr, st, str)
We made a class book about blends!
We had a Caldecott Award Celebration!
We walked in on RED CARPET! Mrs. Koch lead the ceremony!
We found out our school winner!
Then we found out the actual winner!

We took a spelling test this week and worked with our teacher to
figure out which level of book is PERFECT for us!!
We did a Venn Diagram...comparing a real person and a snowman!
In Math groups, we used two dice to help us practice addition AND we practiced counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s!
